PROJECT

All throughout the Staying project I used different artifacts to visualized information. Among them, conversion flows to highlight the different states and moments throughout the user’s journey.

CASE

When we noticed low numbers in the users conversion, mapping the whole registration flow let us noticed struggles when switching between web and mobile navigations.

OUTCOME

Having a clear view of the big picture was crucial to understand better the problem and design a shorter and seamless process. We cut down the number of steps and improve the user experience.
