The Staying app solution aims to improve the communication between accommodation and guests.
When I joined the team the main features of the solution were already defined:
• all the stay’s information in one place
• direct chat between guest and accommodation
We developed an omni-channel experience, including:
• IOS / Android guest app
• IOS / Android chat app for accommodations
• Web Application for accommodations with an overview of the guests status.
• Public website
