5miles is an online learning platform for business professionals.
I joined them to develop the subscription flows for their e-learning platform. The goal was to add the subscription process to the commercial website, making it public and open for both Companies and Individuals.
The discovery and analysis phase brought up key questions regarding the end-to-end user story related to this need. The subscription process is the user’s transition between the public website and the private interface: choosing the plan, registering an paying for it and then, afterwards, being able to edit/change/delete it.
The project ended up expanding to other instances of the product, including an structural redesign on some sections of the private interface platform and some first visual drafts on the rest of the commercial website.
