Syntaxia is a Communication tool for Educational Institutions.
CASE
We started the project conducting interviews with its main users, to understand their needs, fears and thoughts: school director, teachers and parents.
OUTCOME
We worked with those insights during a workshop with the team, aiming to make them feel closer to the product we were building.
We developed empathy maps, product value proposition and user journeys.
Main parts of the product were defined during the session, aligning the product’s scope and the team’s next steps.
