Syntaxia is focused on the communication between schools and families. Big and sensitive issue.
CASE
The discovery phase shed a light over the three main users stories we needed to address (school director, teacher, parent): they were completely different. Some needs were constant to the three of them, being the context of use the big game changer.
OUTCOME
We defined each user’s device of preference, and then tailored the experience and its main flows: web for School directors, tablet for teachers, mobile for parents.
